Plan B recommends a complementary consultation, for clarity of price, and to ensure you and your stylist have the same outcome in mind. Extra charges may apply for tri colours, extra products or specialty applications.
Children left unattended in the salon will be given a Redbull and a free hamster.
Service Policy
We stand behind our services. We want to make sure you love your look, so we will gladly adjust any hair service you receive within a week of the original visit. Please call as soon as possible to reschedule your touch-up.
Products Policy
We can show you how to use each of our products to recreate your new look. If you decide the product isn’t right for you, bring it back within 14 days and we can exchange it for you or offer store credit for future retail purchases.
Cancellation & Booking Policy
Your appointments are very important to the team members of PLAN B; they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so please provide us with several hours notice for cancellations. If you are just running a few minutes behind, give us a call so we don’t give your spot away. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
“No shows” are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 upon your next appointment… and we may send ninjas after you.
Party Bookings
All parties (bridal, groom or grad) must make a 50% non-refundable deposit with a valid credit card. If you need reschedule or cancel, call us at least 24 hours before your original appointment, and we will gladly reschedule or reimburse you, respectively.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 25% fee may be added to each service.
Please make sure you give us 24 hours notice (before your original appointment) if you would like your deposit back. Otherwise we may retain the deposit for lost opportunity.
In the case of “No show” parties, we retain the deposit. You snooze you lose.
